Senior HR projects project leader

As a senior HR projects project leader, you lead complex projects and change assignments in the field of HR. You work on topics that affect multiple departments and have an impact on employees, managers, and the organization as a whole.

The projects you work on are diverse. Think, for example, of issues surrounding scheduling, planning, and the organization of work, but also other developments within the HR domain. You translate strategic and tactical issues into a clear project approach and ensure that plans are actually realized.

You oversee the playing field, map out interests and dependencies, and know how to bring different parties together. In doing so, you move easily between policy and practice. You advise clients on the approach, progress, risks, and necessary decision-making, while simultaneously maintaining a sharp eye on the intended result.

As a senior project leader:

• You lead complex, cross-departmental HR projects from initiative to implementation;

• You translate issues into a clear project approach, planning, and concrete results;

• You create support among employees, managers, and other stakeholders by actively involving them and organizing participation;

• You monitor coherence, progress, quality, risks, and results;

• You prepare decision-making and advise your clients and stakeholders;

• You ensure that changes are not only conceived but also actually implemented and secured within the organization;

• You switch easily between strategic, tactical, and operational levels and are a serious interlocutor for management.

For this position, we are looking for an experienced project leader who stands firmly in their shoes and at the same time has an eye for collaboration and different interests within the organization.

You possess:

• Academic education; 

• Extensive demonstrable experience in leading complex projects with a strong change profile;

• Knowledge of and experience with project and change management;

• Experience with projects where different organizational components and interests converge;

• Preferably experience within a complex organization in healthcare;

• A good sense of administrative and organizational relationships;

• The ability to quickly grasp complex issues and translate them into a concrete approach;

• Persuasiveness and the ability to create support;

• An independent, result-oriented way of working, in which you seek coordination at the right moment.

You are connecting and decisive. You dare to provide direction, address issues where necessary, and keep the result in mind, without losing sight of the people who ultimately have to realize the change.
