What we're looking for

have at least an MBO/MBO+ working and thinking level and an affinity with supply chain;
are resourceful, goal-oriented, and assertive;
prefer to work well-organized and are accurate;
have experience working in an ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics);
are available 40 hours per week;
have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

The role

Within this dynamic role, you are responsible for the delivery reliability of assembled assembly items to our customers. A very important aspect within our logistical operations and of crucial importance to our customers. You ensure that all products arrive at the right time, so that other colleagues in your team can get to work with them!

What you'll do

Creating and monitoring production and purchase orders in our ERP system;
Confirming, scheduling, and following up on orders with suppliers and the Warehouse by means of the order book;
Monitoring, guarding, and improving processes where necessary;
Monitoring and guarding internal KPIs;
Informing Customer Service colleagues in a timely manner about (delivery) problems.
