Production Planner in Eindhoven

Your role

As a Production Planner, you are responsible for an efficient and achievable production schedule. You maintain continuous visibility of progress and coordinate daily with the various departments.

Your duties:

• Creating, managing, and optimizing the production schedule;
• Scheduling production orders based on capacity, material availability, and delivery agreements;
• Daily coordination with production, work preparation, purchasing, and logistics;
• Monitoring the progress of customer orders and identifying bottlenecks in a timely manner;
• Rescheduling and adjusting in the event of changes in customer demand, capacity, or material availability;
• Coordinating activities that are outsourced to external partners;
• Identifying risks in the schedule and proposing improvement suggestions;
• Actively contributing to the further professionalization and optimization of the planning processes.

You are analytical, structured, and maintain an overview even under pressure. You enjoy solving multiple puzzles simultaneously every day and can switch effectively between different interests.

• Experience with production planning, preferably within a technical production environment;
• Affinity with technology, logistics, and production processes;
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude;
• A good command of the Dutch language.
