Requirements

What we're looking for

You have an MBO+ working and thinking level (preferably a logistics education);
You have at least 3 - 5 years of work experience in a logistics working environment;
You have experience with WMS/ERP systems;
You are available 40 hours per week;
You have a driver's license;
A forklift certificate is a plus.

The role

As a Senior Warehouse Employee, you know better than anyone how a warehouse is structured. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customers receive their products on time.

The warehouse is divided into three specialties: Inbound, Outbound, and VAS (Value Added Services), each with its own Senior Warehouse Employee. For the Outbound specialty, we are looking for a Senior Warehouse Employee, and you will be responsible for the execution and control of activities within your specialty. You evaluate processes and work instructions and provide advice where adjustments are needed. You are the first point of contact for your colleagues. If there are complaints or questions, you ensure they are handled in a timely manner.

What you'll do

In addition, you will work on the following tasks:

Order picking and preparing items for shipment;
Responsible for your own safety and the safety of others within the warehouse;
Ensuring order and cleanliness of your own workplace and the warehouse (5S);
Shipping activities;
Air freight handling;
Preparing and releasing production orders;
Making preparations for subcontractors and internal coordination;
Performing cycle counts
