What we're looking for

You are a bicycle technician and have a passion for both technology and service
You enjoy working at customers' homes and truly making a difference
You work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
You can work well with a laptop or tablet
You communicate easily and feel comfortable in customer contact
You have a Category B driver's license
You are flexibly deployable from Monday to Saturday (we coordinate routes and schedules together)
You live within 30 km of Eindhoven or the Central or South Limburg area - together we will determine your base location

The role

Do you enjoy working independently, do you prefer being on the road, and do you get energy from happy customers? Then this is your job. As a Bike Service Technician Service Van at BikeSupport, you combine technical craftsmanship with freedom and personal customer contact. You visit people at home, solve problems, and ensure they can cycle worry-free again.

What you'll do

Every workday starts in your fully equipped service van. From your base location, you drive to customers in your region to maintain and repair bicycles. This could be an e-bike from an A-brand, but just as well a city bike, transport bike, or children's bike.

You work independently, but you are never alone. Your planning, parts, and administration are well organized, so that you can do what you are good at: wrenching and providing service.

Additionally, you are the face of BikeSupport at the customer's home. You explain clearly what you are doing, think along, and leave the bike in perfect condition. Customers rely on your knowledge and friendliness, and they appreciate that.
