Field Service Technician

Your Impact

As a Field Service Technician, you are responsible for measuring, installing, and perfectly finishing custom products aboard luxury yachts and tenders. Thanks to your craftsmanship, cushions, panels, and other interior components align seamlessly with the customer's wishes and the high quality standard of CoverWorks.

You are the face of our organization on location and ensure a professional delivery. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues from production, engineering, and project management. You identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas for practical solutions, and ensure that every project is completed to perfection.

In short: you ensure that our high-quality custom products fit perfectly and are delivered perfectly.

Your role in short

Field service activities

• You accurately measure cushions, panels, and other custom products on location.

• You skillfully install and finish products aboard yachts and tenders.

• You check the quality, fit, and completeness of the final product upon delivery.

• You identify technical challenges or deviations and report these back to production and engineering.

• You advise customers on the use, maintenance, and durability of our products.

• You work intensively with colleagues from production, engineering, planning, and project management.

• You support collaboration with external production partners on location.

• You share practical experiences and customer feedback so that we can continuously improve our products and processes.

• You actively participate in work meetings and project discussions.
