Job Description

As a Field Service Technician in the The Hague region, you ensure that Miele appliances function optimally in our customers' homes. For example, you might maintain a new steam oven for a customer who has just had a modern new kitchen installed. Or you drive your service van to a family whose Miele washing machine is displaying a complex error message. Every situation is different, and you know how to solve it with the Premium Service you provide.

• You repair and maintain appliances at our customers' locations. You also advise them on use, maintenance, and potentially a new appliance;

• As a Service Technician / Field Service Engineer / Fitter / Technician / Service Technician, Technician, Fitter, Field Service Engineer, you work in the region of your place of residence and you schedule your own work week flexibly. Do you like to start your day with sports? At Miele, you can!;

• With your service van, you drive home at the end of your working day. Your ordered materials are delivered to your van at night, so that you can be well-prepared and hit the road quickly the next day. That is what we call premium!

• You are part of the service department. You have a lot of contact with your direct colleagues, who work both in the office or in the field just like you. Together, you are responsible for our premium service;

• Miele invests in your development. Immediately after your start, you follow an internal training program. In it, you learn everything about our appliances and build your technical, analytical, and commercial skills.

• An all-in annual salary between € 43,000.- and € 53,500.- gross per year (based on 40 hours) including potential bonus and holiday allowance. Naturally dependent on your knowledge and experience.
