Service Advisor in the Netherlands

What are you going to do?
For our Van Mossel Peugeot branch in Heemstede, we are looking for a customer-friendly colleague to join our team as a service advisor. Together with your colleagues, you will welcome customers with a big smile and help them with the most diverse questions, which are primarily about service. You are the link between the customer and the workshop. The customers will therefore truly see you as the service advisor.

What a typical workday might look like? A customer calls for an appointment and you, together with the customer, schedule a date and a time. On the day of the appointment, you receive the customer and discuss any issues with the car. Subsequently, you hand over the work to your colleagues in the workshop. Thanks to your information, the mechanics know exactly what they need to do. As soon as the car is ready, you discuss the performed work with the customer. Of course, you also process all of this administratively and you safeguard the workshop planning. Furthermore, your duties include:

• Creating work orders;

• Monitoring the progress of the planning;

• Discussing the invoice and providing explanations to the customer about the performed work;

• Preparing appointments.

Who are you?
Of course, it is nice if you already have experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry. But if you have worked in hospitality or another service-oriented role where you had a lot of customer contact, we will teach you the ropes of our profession! The most important thing is that you, together with your fellow service advisors, provide excellent help to the customers. It goes without saying that you know what customer friendliness is and that you enjoy being in contact with customers. Like no one else, you know how to maintain an overview at the desk, even when it is very busy! Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You have at least 3 years of work experience;

• Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

• Full-time availability.
