Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist, you are the face and the voice of BridgeFund for entrepreneurs who want to move forward. Forget rigid call scripts, endless menu options, or standard answers; with us, everything revolves around true partnership and direct communication. Entrepreneurs don't call or email you to be kept waiting, but to be able to continue their business quickly.

In this role, you transcend traditional customer service. You are a full-fledged sparring partner who thinks along, takes ownership, and effortlessly translates complex questions into clear solutions. You land in a close-knit, energetic team where hierarchy doesn't matter, but craftsmanship and job satisfaction matter all the more. You get the freedom to help customers in your own way and to continuously design processes more intelligently.

• You are the regular sparring partner and the first point of contact for our clients and intermediaries; you listen sharply, ask follow-up questions, and coordinate with internal teams where necessary.

• You deliver a service experience that entrepreneurs talk about: proactive, transparent, and lightning-fast.

• You handle diverse issues regarding ongoing financing, repayments, and re-draws from A to Z.

• You ensure flawless administrative processing in our systems, so that files are always immediately 'on point'.

• You identify process improvements and bottlenecks in the customer journey and take the initiative to make our service one step better every day.

• You continuously challenge yourself to grow professionally and personally via the BridgeFund Academy.

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, client services, or business back office (experience within finance, fintech, or business services is a plus).

• You switch effortlessly between different types of entrepreneurs: from the local baker to the fast-growing tech entrepreneur.

• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude; you think in possibilities instead of in procedures.

• Working in a structured and precise manner is second nature to you; your administration is always rock solid.

• A salary between € 3,000 and € 3,300 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
