What you'll do

As Sales Manager Lexus, you are responsible for the commercial results and the development of the sales team.

You are a hands-on sales manager: you don't manage from the sidelines, but are right in the middle of the sales process yourself. You conduct customer conversations, guide test drives, contribute to quotes and deals, and seize commercial opportunities yourself. As a result, you know exactly what is happening with customers and in your team.

You

drives growth and results and translates commercial objectives into concrete actions;
are active in sales yourself and set a good example on the showroom floor;
have a strong focus on the customer: you want to understand what is important to customers and know how to respond to it;
build long-term customer relationships and a customer experience that matches the premium character of Lexus;
coach, inspire, and develop your team and make people demonstrably better;
hold people accountable for results, ownership, and behavior;
recognize commercial opportunities and ensure they are utilized;
analyze results and know where adjustments are needed;
work together with the team towards one clear ambition: growing Lexus and further strengthening the brand's position in the Netherlands.

You are therefore both a commercial leader, coach, and active salesperson. You will be given the space to show entrepreneurship and leave your own mark on the success of Lexus Utrecht.
