For our Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) Business Line, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive (Level D/E) with a strong new business profile.

We are looking for a results-oriented hunter who creates opportunities, develops new clients, and sells based on substantive expertise and demonstrable business value (value selling). You move easily at senior management and executive levels and know how to convert commercial opportunities into concrete results.

In addition, you possess strong collaboration skills. You are able to effectively manage and bring together both internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires close collaboration with the various business lines, market units, and account teams to realize growth together.

• Experienced sales professional (Level D/E) with a proven track record in business development and new business sales;
• Strong hunter mentality combined with consultative/value selling within an IT or technology environment;
• Able to conduct conversations at C-level and build trust;
• Strong commercial drive and a natural focus on growth and results;
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills;
• Able to navigate complex organizations and build sustainable relationships;
