As a Sales Merchandiser, you will daily visit supermarkets and out-of-home locations in Utrecht and Gelderland to positively influence the visibility and sales of major A-brands such as Mars. In this role, you make an impact by setting up strong product presentations in combination with POS materials such as banners and displays.

You will engage in conversations with entrepreneurs, store managers, department managers, etc., regarding the introduction and distribution of new products. You will receive coaching and guidance from our Sales Academy and will get the chance to continually expand your role towards a store account management function. This allows you to grow from merchandising tasks towards sales-oriented store account management.

Furthermore, you are responsible for:

• Independently planning and executing store visits and sales conversations, focused on product introductions and increasing brand visibility.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, with the aim of strengthening the distribution and promotion of A-brands in your region.
• Creative use of point-of-sale / advertising materials.

• A contract for 40 hours per week;
• Starting salary from €2650 gross per month based on 40 hours per week;
• Bonus up to € 200,- gross per month;
• Lease car which you can optionally also use for private use;
• A net expense allowance of €60,- per month;
• Training via our own Sales Academy;
• Career guidance through coaching on the job;
