At Toyota Louwman Financial Services (TLFS), we are looking for a customer-oriented and analytically strong Technical Management Assistant. In this role, you are the pivot in efficiently organizing damage handling, maintenance, and repairs of our lease cars. Do you think in solutions, do you have an affinity for technology, and do you love switching between customer, dealer, and repairer? Then you are the one we are looking for!

You ensure that everything surrounding the technical management of our lease cars runs smoothly and efficiently. You:

• Manage requests via ROB-net and assess requests that have been automatically rejected.

• Analyze trends and failures to make processes smarter.

• Guide damages, arrange the handling, and maintain customer contact.

• Process purchase invoices and additional services such as Track & Trace.

• Manage damage files, coordinate the intake process, and analyze the recoverability of damages.

• Are the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and repair companies.

• Also handle complex files such as theft and total loss.

In short: you are the technical coordinator who ensures satisfied customers and manageable costs.
