What we're looking for

You are following a Higher Professional Education (HBO) program, preferably in the direction of ICT, Business Administration, or Project Management.
You are analytical, structured, and can collaborate well.
You have basic knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and are willing to learn new tools.
You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
You are available for at least 20 weeks, 32-40 hours per week.
You are available from February 2027

The role

The internship positions you can find with us are within our Service Desks, especially for the Large Corporate market. In recent years, we have mentored many interns and almost all of them gave a positive review.

You will work within the various ESD teams at our location in Maastricht.

As a Higher Professional Education (HBO) intern at KPN ESD in Maastricht, you will contribute to internal projects and support our project managers in improving processes. You will get the chance to contribute to projects that take our service delivery to a higher level. Think of analyzing workflows, setting up reports, and thinking along about smart solutions. In addition to executing assignments, there is plenty of room to learn and develop yourself in a dynamic environment where collaboration and customer focus are paramount.

What you'll do

Contributing to internal improvement projects and process optimizations.
Supporting project management activities, such as planning and progress monitoring.
Preparing documentation and reports.
Thinking along about innovative solutions and automation possibilities.
Actively gaining knowledge about IT service processes and project management.

Functie-eisen

As an intern at ESD, we expect you to be curious and eager to learn and to take initiative. You do not need to be an expert; we will help you grow, but it is nice if you have an affinity for IT and process improvement.
