• Gross monthly salary between € 5,300 and € 8,000 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per working day.

We help companies improve decision-making through our value propositions (working capital optimization, cost optimization), improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operating model (automation, professionalization of the finance function, improving internal control), or creating an actionable growth plan (defining management priorities, determining KPIs). Regarding these themes, we do a lot with AI and you will help many clients with AI. In short, your backpack is so well-filled that you can devise a primary solution direction for any CFO challenge and, where necessary, coordinate with other KPMG specialists.

Your focus lies on delivering tangible results in engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding our network. With your strong background in accounting, you will focus heavily on improving control and the establishment of figures. Your clients primarily consist of well-known Dutch brands, scale-ups, medium-sized family businesses, and socially relevant public organizations known to everyone. As an entrepreneurial advisor, you provide advice across the entire organization and work on building and expanding the advisory relationship with your clients.

No two days are the same. Today you are helping a company professionalize its business processes and set them up more intelligently using data and AI, so that it can operate smarter, faster, and more scalably. The next day, you are supporting a leading organization with challenges in the areas of planning, budgeting & forecasting, or in translating a finance vision into a practically workable and future-proof approach. An important foundation for this is the quality of the concrete products you deliver with the team.

As a (senior) manager, you contribute to the development of the team and the propositions. You contribute to recognizing new developments in the field of operational excellence, so as to keep the team ahead in this field. You are an expert in your field and actively share this with your colleagues. From your network and ongoing engagements, you create opportunities to help organizations in their professionalization journey. Approximately 70% of the engagements performed are part of the CFO agenda.

The work is carried out in small teams with driven colleagues; the engagements are for organizations within various industries. This makes the work very varied. The duration of these engagements varies from a few weeks to a few months for large engagements.
