Senior Accountant Real Estate Advisor

Within the Accountancy & Business Advisory team, you will serve large (international) real estate clients together with a dedicated and growing team. In this role, it is up to you as a Senior Accountant Real Estate Advisor to expand and further develop your client portfolio. Additionally, you hold ultimate responsibility for organizing and coordinating client assignments, you are technically responsible within the team, and you sign the annual accounts of the clients in your portfolio.

Independent, professional, and with commercial insight, you are one of the figureheads of the practice in the region. You identify and initiate advisory opportunities with clients and acquire new clients. You are co-responsible for the management of the real estate practice, contributing to an efficient and high-quality reporting process. The client trusts your advice blindly due to your technical expertise.

You also enable the team to excel based on their talents in your role as a mentor/coach and contribute to the technical development of the department. You handle extensive and complex assignments for real estate clients and you have experience with independently signing annual accounts, through which you bear responsibility for important client files and decision-making within the real estate practice. On top of that, we work together with other departments such as Tax and Advisory. Your client portfolio consists of attractive (international) real estate companies.
