Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based one that looks at both your cognitive skills and your behavioral preferences. During the interview, we will discuss the results together, and a colleague from the relevant department will also be present. During this mutual introduction, we would love to get to know you, and you will have the opportunity to ask your questions as well.
- The second interview: If we see a match after the first interview and you are still enthusiastic, a second introduction will follow. In this interview, we will go deeper into the position and other relevant themes, and sometimes a business case is also part of the procedure. It may be that a final interview takes place.
