(Senior) Manager Corporate Finance Valuation Services

At BDO Deal Advisory, you provide direction to complex valuation processes and help clients with issues that often have a significant financial and strategic impact. You guide valuations for purposes including financial and tax, Purchase Price Allocations, option valuations, impairment analyses, and modeling issues. Additionally, you support accountants and tax specialists with valuation matters.

As (Senior) Manager Deal Advisory | Valuation Services, you are responsible for the substantive management of valuation processes. You lead valuation teams, monitor planning and quality, and ensure that analyses, calculations, and reports meet the highest professional standards. In doing so, you are an important interlocutor for clients, colleagues, and partners.

Additionally, you play an active role in the development of the team. You guide Senior Consultants and Consultants in their technical and professional growth, stimulate collaboration, and contribute to the further expansion of client relationships and the valuation practice. In this way, you contribute not only to successful assignments but also to the sustainable growth of the team and our clients.

As (Senior) Manager Deal Advisory | Valuation Services, you provide direction to valuation processes and ensure overview, quality, and progress. You guide clients with valuations, Purchase Price Allocations, impairment analyses, option valuations, and modeling issues. Additionally, you manage valuation teams, coach colleagues in their development, and contribute to the further growth of the practice.

Ultimately, it is important that you possess:

• A completed university degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience within Valuation Services for the position of Manager, or at least 8 years for the position of Senior Manager.
• Experience with valuations, financial modeling, and complex financial analyses.
• Experience in managing and guiding professionals within a consulting environment.
• An eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude in which collaboration is central.
