• 3-6 years of relevant work experience regarding project management, data analytics, process management, and managing a (small) team.

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Process Mining.

• In addition to strong analytical skills, you can communicate complex analyses and solutions in clear language across all levels of an organization.

• An open mind for projects abroad.

• It is a plus if you have knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and technological solutions.

• A completed Master's degree.

• A good command of the Dutch (minimum B2) and English languages.

Your opportunities as a Senior Consultant Process Mining & Intelligence at Capgemini Invent

As a Senior Consultant with a Process Mining focus, you know which technologies (such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Microsoft, Signavio, Aris etc.) exist in the field of Process Mining / Process Intelligence. You can advise (international) clients on which technology best fits their context. In doing so, you help translate these technologies into (strategic) solutions that you implement together with your team, ensuring that these technologies are embedded within the organization. From the technology, you make the translation to implement organizational changes and process optimizations, and to make the value of these insights visible.

Our team possesses diverse expertise, think of Robotic Process Automation, Agentic AI, setting up AI governance, sustainability, and business analyses. As a Process Mining expert, you will help us bridge the gap between technology and data, and the business. With this, we establish sustainable and optimal processes for the client that help them achieve their goals.

From analysis to implementation - you involve the right people to obtain information and lead clients to new insights. With your knowledge and experience, you help clients by analyzing and designing processes more smartly and intelligently. You help the client by facilitating strategic workshops and advising on (strategic) issues surrounding process optimization.

From insights generated through Process Intelligence, you can engage colleagues with other expertise to implement improvements together with the client. Think of Lean Six Sigma, smart software such as Robotic Process Automation, and various forms of Artificial Intelligence, such as Agentic AI.
