• Gross monthly salary between €3,245 and €5,050, depending on knowledge and experience, including holiday allowance, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance and a work-from-home allowance per worked day.

You will become part of the Microsoft Consulting & Innovation (Platforms) team, which helps organizations accelerate digital transformation within the full Microsoft ecosystem. We combine technical expertise with domain knowledge to build secure, scalable, and future-proof Power Platform solutions.

As an energetic and pragmatic Power Platform Consultant, you will work on innovative projects that have a direct impact. You design, build, and optimize business applications and automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies.

You will work closely with client teams, often on-site, and translate business challenges into concrete digital solutions. You take ownership of the entire trajectory: from concept to implementation and go-live. With your functional experience with Power Automate approvals, business process automation, and integrations, and your ability to define and document functional requirements and process flows. Additionally, you offer insight into Power Platform governance principles, including environments, security roles, and DLP policies (at a functional level).

• Leading the functional design and implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
• Analyzing processes and opportunities for digitalization and automation.
• Designing and configuring applications and workflows.
• Defining Dataverse data models and business rules.
• Conducting workshops, process analyses, and fit-gap sessions.
