What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in management consulting or IT, with a completed University (WO) Master's degree in a relevant field.
Affinity with IT (such as agile working, IT platforms, and cloud technology), organizational science, and change processes.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and English at a C1 level, essential to professionally support clients in diverse contexts.
Team player with a proactive attitude, organizational sensitivity, and a focus on quality.
Creativity and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Nice to have

You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work.

What you'll get

Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per working day.

As a senior consultant within the Digital Sourcing team, you will join a close-knit team of approximately 25 colleagues. Together, you will work for the most inspiring clients both domestically and abroad. You will get the chance to get the most out of yourself, together with colleagues who share your passion and drive. At Digital Sourcing, we support organizations in realizing future-proof digital services and solutions. For example, regarding the need for an optimal sourcing strategy, selecting and negotiating with (cloud) vendors, or designing the most appropriate collaboration and partnerships between organizations and IT vendors. We achieve this by acting as trusted advisors to, among others, CIOs and COOs.

As a senior consultant, you have an independent role within projects for various clients and are the point of contact for junior colleagues. Are you looking for opportunities to further develop yourself? That is excellent; the team pays a lot of attention to this. You will be given the space to follow both internal and external (international) training, so that your development never stands still.
