Do you ever walk past a renovated KFC restaurant and wonder what it all takes to improve the guest experience? As a Construction Project Manager, you will work on construction projects throughout the Netherlands, with a strong focus on remodeling, renovation, and modernization projects that keep our restaurants contemporary, efficient, and attractive.

Occasionally, you will also support new restaurant openings in the Netherlands or Germany, but your main focus lies on the Dutch market. From the initial planning to the final handover, you will work closely with colleagues, contractors, advisors, and suppliers to ensure that projects run smoothly and successfully.

This position is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in project management, construction, facility management, engineering, or retail who is ready for a next step within a dynamic, international organization. Even more importantly, we find that you have the ambition and drive to build a career in construction and project management and a desire to learn from experienced professionals.

Realizing restaurant improvements

You are responsible for assigned remodeling, modernization, and renovation projects. You guide projects from the initial plans through to a successful handover, with support from experienced colleagues.

Coordinating projects

You manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders, ensuring that projects proceed according to plan.

Collaborating with partners

You work closely with contractors, architects, advisors, suppliers, and local authorities to successfully realize projects.

Monitoring progress

You regularly visit project sites, monitor progress, identify risks, and help find solutions when challenges arise.

Learning and developing

You further develop your project management skills by collaborating with experienced construction and project professionals.

Working in an operational retail environment

You align construction activities with daily restaurant operations, so that the impact on business operations remains as limited as possible and the safety of guests and employees is guaranteed.
