Assistant Restaurant General Manager KFC Maastricht

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) at KFC, you are the right hand of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), and together you ensure smooth daily operations. You motivate and guide the team (approximately 30 employees), monitor quality, and create an optimal guest experience.

MAKE AN IMPACT
As ARGM, you play an essential role within the restaurant's management team and ensure a smooth and standardized daily operation. Your responsibilities include:

• Coaching, training, and motivating your team

• Achieving KPIs and ensuring quality standards in the restaurant

• Performing administrative tasks for efficient daily operations

• Managing the recruitment process in the restaurant to attract new talent that represents our core values of smart, heart, and courage

• Taking on ad-hoc projects and setting challenging goals for your own growth and development

•          MBO+/HBO level education and proven experience in a leadership role within a dynamic environment, ideally in retail, hospitality, or food service

•          Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team

•          Proven experience in driving sales and profitability, with a track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs

•          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and supportive team culture

•          Administrative skills for reporting and streamlining daily operations

•          Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent aligned with company values

•          Commitment to health and safety standards, ensuring a secure work environment for both staff and customers

•          Proficiency in both Dutch and English is a plus
