Senior Service Technician BMS

• MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience within instrumentation and control engineering, building automation, or BMS systems.
• Experience in analyzing and solving complex technical malfunctions.
• Affinity with IT networks and building management systems.
• Good command of the Dutch language and reasonable command of the English language.
• Independent, customer-oriented, and strong communicator.
• In possession of VCA VOL and/or willing to obtain it.
• KLI-A or MRK-A certification is a strong plus.
• Willingness to follow courses and training to keep professional knowledge up to date.

As a Senior Service Technician BMS, you are responsible for the maintenance, analysis, and optimization of complex building management systems (BMS). You work independently at various client sites and ensure that installations function optimally. Thanks to your expertise in instrumentation and control engineering, you identify opportunities for improvement, resolve faults efficiently, and actively contribute to customer satisfaction and follow-up orders.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on complex instrumentation and control installations.
• Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving faults within building management systems.
• Advising customers on optimizations, energy savings, and technical improvements.
• Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of installations.
• Interpreting technical documentation, control engineering diagrams, and electrotechnical drawings.
• Independently performing service activities and supervising less experienced colleagues if necessary.
• Preparing clear service reports and maintenance documentation.
