Supervisor Logistics Support

In addition, you possess:

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience within logistics, order management, or order fulfillment.
• Experience in managing and coaching employees.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel at an advanced level; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• A proactive, customer-oriented, and result-oriented attitude.
• Availability for a full-time position (39 hours per week).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

As Supervisor Logistics Support, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our logistics chain. You provide daily leadership to a team of Logistics Support Professionals and are responsible for efficient, timely, and error-free handling of order and transport processes. With your coaching leadership, analytical eye, and customer-oriented approach, you ensure that our customers can rely on excellent service.

As Supervisor Logistics Support, you monitor the performance of the team, steer based on KPIs such as OTD and CRSD, and work continuously on improvements in processes, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

Leadership & Coaching

• You analyze bottlenecks and ensure structural solutions.

• You work closely with Warehouse Supervisors, Customer Service teams, and transport specialists within Europe.
• You initiate and support process improvements.
