Planning Engineer ME

• Your position

  As a Planning Engineer ME, you are responsible for the preparation, planning, and coordination of maintenance activities in the mechanical field. You will work within the business office of the Maintenance department at the Foxhol location. In this role, you ensure that maintenance activities can be carried out safely, efficiently, and well-prepared. You are an important link between production, maintenance engineering, and external suppliers, ensuring that activities run smoothly. With your overview, ownership, and technical knowledge, you contribute to a reliable and safe installation.

  Your impact

  In your role, you make a direct contribution to the continuity and safety of production. Through your preparation and planning, maintenance activities can be carried out effectively and with minimal disruption. You take risks, safety, and quality into account and ensure that technicians can work with proper support.

  Your main tasks are:

  • Preparing and planning preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in collaboration with production and maintenance engineering
  • Ensuring safe and efficient execution of activities
  • Ordering and calling up materials, services, and the deployment of external parties
  • Contributing to improvement initiatives and the reduction of breakdowns
  Team & work environment

  You are part of the business office within the Maintenance department. This department is responsible for the maintenance of technical installations, systems, and equipment in the fields of mechanical engineering, pneumatics, and hydraulics. You work closely with technicians, engineers, production, and external suppliers. Collaboration is central, but there is also plenty of room for independence and ownership. Safety always comes first: you ensure that everyone who starts working with your prepared activities can return home healthy.

  Your capabilities
  • At least MBO 4 working and thinking level, in the direction of mechanical engineering or similar
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with or knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Good command of the English and German languages
  • Technical insight and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
