Operations Office Intern - Capabilities Specialist

• Education: You are pursuing a higher professional (HBO) degree in the field of communication/digitalization/business administration. 
• Personality: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and social skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. 
• Availability: You can intern 4 to 5 days per week for a period of 5 to 6 months,  including three days in the office and one remote and one for study, so that you have a perfect balance between collaborative and independent work.  

• Skills: You work well with MS office and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing – If you already have some experience working with various systems, that is certainly a plus. 

• A monthly internship allowance of €525 (full-time)  
• Travel allowance if you do not have free (student) public transport 
• Paid vacation days during your internship period

Within JDE Professional, Operations is responsible for all customer-oriented support of the sales and aftersales process for all commercial units. 
The Operations office team is responsible for the intake and management of internal and/or external “field” activities. This team focuses on the timely and complete execution of preventive maintenance and service requests. For us, the customer and positive impact on People and the Environment are central to this. 
Service requests include, among others, preventive maintenance, machine malfunctions, installations, and/or operating-related services. The Salesforce and Click systems ensure a largely automated flow of planning and work processes, where every planner plays a crucial role in continuously optimizing the operation of our systems, with the customer and positive impact on People and the Environment at the center. As a Capabilities Specialist intern, you will do the following: 

• You will monitor the OTIF  (On Time & In Full) of operations-related activities performed by 3rd parties; 
• You will ensure certification, align work methodologies, and transfer these to 3rd  parties; 
• You will identify recurring issues and ensure and safeguard efficiency improvements of processes in consultation with the 3rd party(ies); 
• You will ensure timely and complete recording, mutation, and processing of all actions. 
• You will handle and process complaints.
