The role

In short

  • 16 hours per week (flexible hours)
  • €17,- starting salary per hour with a great growth trajectory
  • You validate technical installations on the shop floor via field checks and you structure and optimize this master data in SAP PM using innovative AI tooling.
  • You are pursuing a technical HBO (applied sciences) or WO (university) degree, have an affinity for data and asset management, and demonstrate the assertiveness to proactively improve processes.
  • Veghel (on-site at the client)

What will you do?

As a Technical Project Assistant, you will get straight to work within a high-tech production environment where the highest standards apply regarding safety and quality. Within this production site, reliable, complete, and verifiable insight into the technical asset master data is essential for operational reliability. Due to significant growth in recent years, asset management is currently not fully aligned with the physical reality and the technical drawings (P&ID's). With a view to a critical, upcoming audit, your goal is to work together with a close-knit project team to bring the technical documentation and data to a reliable, up-to-date, and auditable level.

In this challenging role, you bridge the gap between the physical installations on the shop floor and the digital data structures. You start with an area-oriented approach where you enter the factory for physical field checks and recordings to compare the actual situation with the technical drawings. You accurately map out deviations and you verify and install tag plates on the installations. Subsequently, you take photos of nameplates which we analyze with our advanced and secure AI cloud to rapidly supplement missing metadata.

After the field validation, you will work on cleaning, structuring, and standardizing the data for the transition to SAP PM. You contribute to building material lists (BOM), perform analyses on the completeness of documents, and assist in setting up automated workflows and API connections to process data efficiently. Finally, you assist with a risk assessment to perfectly link the warehouse stock to the installations; so if you are accurate and proactive, then apply via the button at the top of this vacancy.

You will work in the Asset Management and Maintenance department, in a brand-new Ivy Global project team consisting of a Project Engineer acting as a working foreman, a Project Manager, and five technical fellow students. Within this high-compliance environment, there is a professional, innovative, and result-oriented atmosphere in which full use is made of the latest AI technologies and automation tools to optimize business processes.
