SAP MM Consultant

As an SAP MM Consultant, you are the technical-functional linchpin in our article and product data landscape. You ensure that Syndigo (our central PIM platform), SAP S/4HANA, and related systems are optimally configured and function with technical stability. You work closely with the MDM Specialist and translate their substantive requirements regarding data models, workflows, and quality standards into concrete system configurations and application setups. You manage and further develop this setup together with our supplier partners.

You will be working with:

• Technical setup, configuration, and maintenance of Syndigo as a central PIM platform, based on functional specifications
• Managing article master data configurations in SAP S/4HANA (MM): material types, views, classification, and extension screens
• Monitoring the technical operation of integrations between Syndigo, SAP, NiceLabel, GS1, and customer portals
• Directing suppliers and partners during changes, releases, and incidents, from intake to go-live
• Coordinating impact analyses and user acceptance testing (UAT) during system changes
• Acting as the technical point of contact for MDM/PIM applications for users, the MDM Specialist, and IT
• Drafting and maintaining technical documentation, system configurations, and application manuals

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week
• You have an MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
• At least 2-3 years of experience in functional application management or a comparable technical-functional role
• Demonstrable experience with SAP MM (material management / article master data configuration); this is a requirement
• Experience with PIM systems (Syndigo, Akeneo, STEP, or similar) is a strong plus
• Experience with supplier management and coordinating releases and changes
• Affinity with procurement, logistics, and sales processes within food or FMCG
• Basic knowledge of integrations and data flows (APIs, EDI, SAP CPI) is a plus
• Knowledge of GS1 data standards is a plus
