Has at least one year of practical experience with Mendix.
Has experience building Mendix applications and is familiar with, among other things, microflows, domain models, and pages.

Has a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) level of thinking and working.

We expect an Intermediate-level Mendix certification for this role. Higher is a plus.
Even as a junior, we believe it is important that you actively work on your development and take initiative to raise your knowledge and skills to a higher level. Together, we will create a development plan to help you grow towards the Advanced level in the short term, with the guidance and space you need for that.
As a junior, you don't need to be able to design technical architecture or independently solve complex client issues yet. However, we do expect you to look beyond just the code.
You are curious about the "why" behind a solution. You dare to ask questions, think along with the user, and take responsibility for what you build.
Furthermore, you enjoy working with clients. Perhaps you don't conduct advisory meetings independently yet, but you do want to learn to combine technical knowledge with a good understanding of the business.
In short: you are technically curious, take ownership, and want to develop yourself into a Mendix professional who truly helps clients move forward.
