Unprecedented freedom and responsibility to collectively take the Data Solutions cell to the next level
What you will do
As a Senior Data Architect at Incentro, you will hold an important role within the Data Solutions cell. This consists of 40+ consultants, office & operational management, plus 3 sales heroes, all of whom are dedicated to our clients and their data challenges. Think of parties such as Bol, Takeaway, BAS world, and for example various Safety Regions, where you will work with tools, tech stacks, and methodologies such as Python, SQL, GIT, data modeling, and of course Agile/Scrum, to design and build data platforms in the AWS, GCP, and/or Azure cloud.
As a consultant, you will provide valuable insights into the data landscape to our clients, thereby adding value to existing and new business processes. Due to your technical expertise, consultancy & leadership skills, you will be seen by both clients and colleagues as a true guru within the data domain!
In addition to setting up the architecture, you design and build logical and physical data models. Using data manipulation and transformation with complex ETL & ELT pipelines, your models will be filled with high-quality clean data. Based on the strategy you formulate, you will determine how the infrastructure is automated using various DevOps tools such as Terraform or Cloudformation. In collaboration with your team, consisting of data consultants of every level, you will ensure that code can be deployed lightning-fast using tight CI/CD pipelines and GIT.
Fulfilling a key position in terms of mentorship for colleagues of various levels. In collaboration with other architects, you share 'Best practices', vision on data architectures, matters such as self-service, and the future of automation.
As a data architect, you will work on:
Establishing a long-term vision in the field of data architecture and adding concrete value to the business objectives of various Enterprise clients. In this, you have an advisory role to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
Translating requirements from both internal and external stakeholders into scalable, custom solutions. Planning, setting priorities, and thus making the right trade-offs in the development process.
Designing the data landscape and providing support to developers during implementation within clear frameworks.
Our CBAM values form the basis of how we work:
Camaraderie - We are more than just colleagues. Together we build a pleasant and open working environment in which we support, challenge, and inspire each other. Together we celebrate successes and stand ready for one another, both professionally and personally.
Boldness - We dare to experiment with the latest technologies, but also to challenge clients and think along with them. We don't blindly do what is asked, but deliver real value by looking critically at what can be improved and what truly makes an impact.
Autonomy - We take ownership and are given the freedom to shape our own work. No micromanagement, but trust in your expertise. You decide for yourself how to achieve the best result, and are given the space to grow in that.
Mastery - Growth never stops. We inspire each other to continuously improve, not only through knowledge sessions, hackathons, and deep dives, but also with a personal growth path that aligns with your ambitions. We challenge each other to learn, experiment, and deepen our knowledge.
We work together regularly at the office so that we can switch quickly, brainstorm, and strengthen each other. Here, you don't just build impactful data solutions, but also an inspiring, open, and convivial working environment. 🚀
