At the BSO, it is all about discovering, playing, and above all, having lots of fun. And you will get all the space to give it your own twist. Organize a football tournament, take the children outside for a scavenger hunt, devise a challenging course, or head out together. As a flexible pedagogical professional, you will work at various BSO locations. That means variety, getting to know different children and teams, and discovering where you thrive best. No two days are exactly the same, and that suits someone who also doesn't like to sit still.

We are looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a passion for moving and being outdoors. Someone who gets children enthusiastic about participating, but who also enjoys simply playing with them.

So, do you have a sporty background? Are you a fanatic runner, footballer, gymnast, dancer, or outdoor athlete? Or are you simply that person who works with passion with children aged 4-12?
