Pedagogical Professional Toddler Group 27-36 Hours in Oisterwijk

Toddlers develop at a high pace. They discover their environment, learn to play together, and take increasingly new steps towards independence. As a Pedagogical Professional, you guide them through this important phase. You provide structure, challenge children with appropriate activities, and create a safe environment in which they can develop optimally.

You will work 27 hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in one fixed toddler group. Do you want to work more hours? Then you can expand your contract on Monday or Tuesday, flexibly within the daycare center or after-school care.

Do you want to contribute to a strong foundation for the future of toddlers? Then we would love to meet you!

This is who you are. By nature.

• Warm and empathetic. Patient.
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• A big heart for children, and they for you.
• Someone who organizes activities effortlessly.
• You are sincerely interested in others and believe that differences make us stronger. You contribute to a respectful environment in which everyone feels at home and counts.
• A go-getter, having completed a qualifying education at a minimum of MBO level.
• Or you are following a qualifying HBO or WO study to be able to work in childcare. Check your study here.
• Does your diploma (just) not meet the requirement, or no longer? Even then, we would love to get in touch with you via here.

Children are vulnerable. Language comprehension is therefore crucial. As of 1 January 2025, it is legally required that pedagogical professionals meet the 3F language requirement. Read here more.

We are innovators with a dream. A child who grows up to be a strong adult makes our world more beautiful. That is why we have only one goal: the optimal growth and flourishing of every child. We are open to differences, are curious about each other, and learn something new every day. In this way, we offer children a safe foundation to flourish into strong adults. You can help with that. With your passion, insights, and your heart for children. Because you count!
