The role
Do you have endless energy, a head full of creative plans, and do you love new challenges? For our BSO in Maasland, we are looking for an enthusiastic pedagogical staff member to help children aged 4 to 12 grow and flourish. From exciting scavenger hunts to wonderfully relaxing with a cup of tea - you make every afternoon unforgettable!
About the location
Are you looking for a workplace where movement and fun are central? Then you will immediately feel at home at BSO Sport en Spel in Maasland. At this active location, you will work in the middle of an energetic environment where children love being outside and discovering new things. As a pedagogical staff member, you will shape sporty and creative activities that challenge children and help them grow.
Inside, you will find a cozy seating area to relax, chat, or read, and space for crafts and play. Outside, the MVV football field is right next door, along with a large outdoor area featuring, among other things, a sandbox and sports fields at the korfball club. Here, children play freely and independently.
You will work at a BSO with a group of a maximum of 30 children, including an 8+ corner with appropriate materials and activities. As a pedagogical staff member, you will work together in a dedicated team, with colleagues who draw energy from sport and play. There is room for a fixed commitment or, conversely, variety across the locations in Maasland, so that you continue to grow in your work.
