As an ICT Service Desk Assistant, together with your colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our organization regarding technical and functional reports, information requests, bottlenecks, and change requests. You register and process reports, resolve them within the agreed frameworks, and follow up on them. You configure hardware, manage it in the database, and organize the installation and setup of workstations. You inform internal customers in a timely manner about the status of their requests, reports, and orders.
• You are naturally customer-friendly, service-oriented, communicatively skilled, and offer a listening ear to your colleagues.
• You have extensive experience at an ICT Service Desk and/or a completed MBO-ICT education.
• You are proactive, enjoy switching gears quickly, and maintain an overview.
• You have an eye for process improvements and make an active contribution to them.
• You can prioritize well, enjoy working independently, but are also a team player!
