As a Supply Chain Analyst, you are responsible for the setup, management, and further development of our forecasting and replenishment systems. Through analyses and performance monitoring, you identify bottlenecks in demand forecasting and replenishment and translate these into concrete improvements. In doing so, you work closely with stock planners to ensure that products are available at the right time in our stores and online channels. Additionally, you regularly interface with colleagues from HEMA Digital and the data scientists from our partner BlueYonder to further develop systems and processes. You provide support for issues arising from planners, distribution centers, and stores, investigate the causes of deviations, and implement improvements in our supply chain planning. You also share your knowledge with stock planners and assist them in using our replenishment systems. In this way, you contribute to a reliable and efficient supply chain.

You enjoy delving into complex issues and arriving at insights and solutions based on data. In this role, you communicate easily with various stakeholders, from stock planners and stores to IT specialists and external partners.
