Our 40,000 m2 warehouse is the engine behind the growth of HBM in seven countries. As Manager Logistics, you are ultimately responsible for the entire logistical operation: from receiving goods to loading orders into the trailer. Inbound, storage, and outbound, totaling about 140 to 200 employees. You manage this operation through your supervisors and ensure that productivity, quality, and safety are maintained, even when volumes peak.

You lead multiple supervisors, each responsible for their own process. You know these processes from A to Z, but your work sits one level higher than daily execution: you monitor the cohesion between inbound, storage, and outbound, and you make the decisions that impact across those departmental boundaries.

You manage by the numbers and create them yourself. You set the goals and KPIs, ensure dashboards are accurate, analyze where leakage occurs, and deliver the management information used for further direction. You are responsible for the P&L of the warehouse and for the availability of people, materials, and equipment.

Improvement is not an afterthought in this role. You initiate structural improvements in processes and systems and oversee their implementation. Additionally, you contribute to the Operations policy, draft the annual plan for the warehouse, and ensure it truly lands on the floor. Together with your supervisors, you form the warehouse MT, and you work closely with the Manager Fulfilment.

• The execution of all logistical processes in the warehouse, from inbound to loading.

• Staffing, both qualitatively and quantitatively, including short-term FTE planning, recruitment, and the development of your people.

• The availability of materials and equipment.

• The goals, KPIs, dashboards, and reports: OTIF, productivity, safety, internal damages, and people.

• The P&L of the warehouse.

• The policy and annual plan for logistics, and its implementation.

• The performance-development conversations with your supervisors.

• A warehouse where safety, order, and cleanliness are priorities and where people can develop.
