GZ-psychologist Mindway Amsterdam

Work as a GZ-psychologist in an innovative team focused on online and hybrid specialist mental healthcare (GGZ). At Mindway, you treat clients with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and depressive disorders and contribute to the further development of digital care. Your expertise, curiosity, and experience are urgently needed.

• As a GZ-psychologist at Mindway, you work as a lead clinician within a close-knit multidisciplinary team. You conduct intakes, draw up treatment plans, and implement the treatment.

• You treat clients individually and work with treatment methods such as CBT, IPT, ACT, EMDR, and SFT light, among others. Group treatment, running therapy, and pharmacotherapy also form part of the treatment offering.

• Treatment takes place primarily online via video calling and online feedback. The treatment modules in Minddistrict form an important part of the treatment and are tailored to the individual needs of the client. When necessary, contact on-site is possible.

• You have your own caseload and work closely with other practitioners within the multidisciplinary team. Every Wednesday, you participate in the multidisciplinary consultation.

• From your expertise, you offer consultation and advice to colleagues regarding complex cases. You also supervise psychologists in training to become GZ-psychologists and basic psychologists, and you make an active contribution to the further professionalization of online and hybrid treatment.

• At GGZ inGeest, every team also treats clients with trauma according to our "Trauma First" vision, even in cases of comorbidity. Do you want to deepen your knowledge in this area? Then you can participate in the "traumatrein" (trauma train), an intensive treatment program for clients with multiple trauma. Colleagues from different teams and clusters work together in this.

• You will be working at the Mindway outpatient clinic. Mindway offers online and hybrid specialist mental healthcare for adults with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and depressive disorders. We work according to protocols, but also make room for customized care and short-term trajectories.

• Mindway now has ten years of experience with online treatment and has therefore built up extensive knowledge regarding digital care. Treatment appointments take place primarily via video calling and online feedback. Upon indication, treatment can also take place on-site.

• You work in a multidisciplinary team including GZ-psychologists, basic psychologists, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and trainees. Connection and collaboration are central. Additionally, Mindway offers consultation to practitioners who wish to further develop in online treatment, and we work together with other care lines within GGZ inGeest.

• There is plenty of room to think along about innovation and the further development of online and hybrid care. Furthermore, you can perform your work

• largely remotely.

• You will be given the opportunity to enter the training program to become a clinical psychologist.

• The position is scaled in FWG 65 in accordance with the GGZ collective labor agreement.
