Work multidisciplinarily and outreaching with clients with severe psychiatric disorders at FACT. At GGZ inGeest, recovery and collaboration are central. Stay connected to the academic world and continue your development.
As a foundation doctor within the FACT team, you always work in collaboration. You have your own caseload, but you work within the multidisciplinary team and with various referrers. You participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment plan discussions.
You work outreaching, which means you often see clients in their own environment. You conduct intake interviews, medication consultations, supportive contacts, and physical examinations. You draw up treatment plans in consultation with the client and develop them.
You offer consultation and advice to other team members regarding medical aspects of client care and ensure a continuum of care through regular follow-up of appointments if necessary.
Under the supervision of an experienced psychiatrist, you participate in the on-call system of GGZ inGeest.
The FACT team treats adults (up to 65 years old) with a severe psychiatric disorder (SMI) and support needs in various areas of life, such as living, working, meaning, health, finances, and social contacts.
Work is carried out according to the F-ACT method: an intensive form of outpatient, community-based treatment from a recovery-oriented perspective by various people working together in one team. Treatments take place in the client's own environment as much as possible.
Active efforts are always made to collaborate with the client, their loved ones, and chain partners. Our starting point remains to find alignment with the client's goals and wishes.
Within FACT, work is carried out in multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, gz-psychologists, medical doctors, outpatient nurses/coordinators, social workers, IPS job coaches, and trajectory coordinators. The team has short lines of communication with our chain partners and colleagues from other departments within GGZ inGeest.
Within GGZ inGeest, we offer psychiatrist training positions. You will (if you wish) be standardly invited for the first round of applications.

You will receive a contract for a period of one year.
The position is scaled in FWG 65 cao ggz.
At GGZ inGeest, we support you in your development, whether it is about deepening expertise, learning new skills, or increasing digital knowledge. You can read how we do this in the general terms and conditions.
