As makers of interiors for luxury yachts, De Klerk Binnenbouw delivers one masterpiece after another. We provide engineering, production, and complete fit-out. This creates an interior that fits perfectly with our unique custom Feadship superyachts. We combine traditional craftsmanship with innovative technologies and strive for perfection.

During the construction of the superyacht, a team from De Klerk Binnenbouw works at the Koninklijke De Vries Scheepsbouw shipyard in Aalsmeer. There, this team handles the complete interior fit-out on board. This results in an exclusive interior that aligns perfectly with a unique custom yacht.

As Interior Fit-out Boat Coordinator, you will play a key role in this. You manage progress, efficiency, safety, and quality. You ensure that the interior fit-out proceeds according to plan from start to finish.

You are the driving force behind all activities on board during the installation of the yacht interior. You work with a passion for craftsmanship and precision. You feel completely at home in a team of specialists. Together, you work on unique projects. From the start of every project, you create a realistic and clear schedule for the interior fit-out. You do this together with the project leader, planner, and engineer.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing all activities on board. You ensure that the interior is installed or fitted out efficiently, both organizationally and administratively.
• Together with the project leader, planner, and engineer, you draw up a schedule for the interior fit-out.
• On location, you manage the team leaders/furniture makers who, together with their teams, install the interior with extremely high precision.
• You supervise the required quality.
• You are a visible point of contact at the shipyard for support, advice, and answering questions.
• Analyzing and adequately resolving any issues.
• Leading team leaders and indirectly managing employees.
• Ensuring up-to-date planning and administration.
• Organizing the capacity for the installation of the interior.

Your base is Aalsmeer and you are willing to travel to Moordrecht for consultations.

What we offer you:

• The expected starting salary is between € 3,500 and € 5,200 gross per month on a full-time basis. We determine the final grading based on objective criteria. In doing so, we look at relevant work experience, professional expertise, education level, and alignment with the job profile.
• 43 (!) leave & ATV days (on a full-time basis).
• A fixed monthly net travel allowance based on € 0.25 per kilometer for commuting (round trip). (€ 0.35 per kilometer for business-driven kilometers.)
• 8.33% Holiday allowance.
