• You assist the team leaders with the functional management of the production process;
• You are responsible for a process component;
• Motivating and stimulating employees within your process component;
• Providing input to team leaders regarding the performance of employees;
• Identifying improvements and optimizations and realizing them;
• Opening and closing if necessary;
• Supervising the execution of procedures focused on medication safety, etc.;
• Your priority lies in managing the process, but if necessary, you will also work alongside the team.

From Monday to Friday, we work in 3 blocks, starting from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM. On Saturday, we work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
