ServiceNow Manager

• Leading design and implementations: together with the architect, you determine the best-practice configuration of ServiceNow modules;
• Practicing AI and bringing (AI) use cases to life (e.g., smarter routing, automated triage, insightful dashboards) and delivering measurable business outcomes, without you needing to be a deep-tech AI expert;
• Facilitating working and steering groups, presenting scenarios, and guiding conscious choices within technological, legal, and budgetary frameworks;
• Defining and monitoring acceptance criteria, guiding UAT/training, and ensuring governance on configuration, integrations, and security;
• Coaching consultants, stimulating knowledge sharing, and building reusable accelerators (templates, playbooks) for faster, consistent delivery.

As a ServiceNow Manager at KPMG, you translate complex client issues into smart, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You possess excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for team results and client value. You lead multidisciplinary Agile teams (architects, developers, business consultants) and switch effortlessly between strategy and detail.

Through close collaboration with project managers who monitor progress, you safeguard quality, scope, and substantive choices and ensure that solutions align with business goals. You do this by introducing structure in dynamic environments, inspiring stakeholders, and managing expectations with a clear, result-oriented approach. You play a key role in shaping and anchoring (AI) use cases within ServiceNow (such as automated workflows, smart insights, and data-driven improvements) so that clients realize value faster.

Together with experts, you manage multiple (sub)projects for clients in diverse sectors, ranging from medium-sized to multinational. With the team, you orchestrate delivery: from roadmap and solution design to implementation and adoption, where, depending on your background, you steer progress and safeguard quality, scope, and substantive choices.

• Minimum HBO degree;
• Relevant experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms and experience in a lead/manager role within digital/IT transformation;
• Demonstrable experience with implementing and adopting service management/digital solutions for clients;
• Accustomed to Agile (Scrum/Kanban), with an understanding of governance and quality gates.
• Fluent Dutch; English is a plus;
• You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work
• Driver's license B
