Sales Advisor in 's-Hertogenbosch

You know car sales and know how to turn interest into a purchase. At Nefkens Den Bosch, you will sell new and used cars from a varied mix of models. You will be given room for your own initiative, opportunities to grow, and colleagues with whom you work together toward results.

As a sales advisor, you guide customers from their initial interest to the delivery of their car. You identify what they are looking for, advise on the possibilities, and help them make a choice that suits them. You don't just sell cars, but also advise on accessories, financing, and insurance.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Exploiting sales opportunities. You actively follow up on inquiries and leads, schedule appointments, and guide customers toward a purchase;
• Advising customers. You map out wishes and translate them into a suitable proposal for a new or used car;
• Negotiating and selling. You discuss quotes, answer questions, and work toward a good deal for both the customer and Nefkens;
• Building customer relationships. You ensure pleasant contact and a good experience, so that customers buy from us with confidence and gladly return;
• Contributing to results. You keep sight of your sales opportunities and objectives and discuss with colleagues where opportunities lie.

You have experience in sales and know how to guide a customer well. You listen, ask follow-up questions, and recognize when someone is ready for the next step. You have a commercial mindset, dare to take initiative, and maintain an overview when multiple customers require attention. At the same time, you know that a good sale begins with trust. You strive for results without losing sight of the customer.

You enjoy working independently, but find it important to be able to consult with colleagues. You share knowledge, help each other where necessary, and contribute to a team that wants to move forward together. And of course, you have an above-average interest in cars.
