As a Consumer Executive, you inform and advise adult consumers about products within the tobacco channel. You answer questions, provide explanations, and ensure a tailored, customer-oriented approach. You ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain accurate administration. It is an active role in which you are constantly on the move, stay sharp, and take responsibility. You regularly attend training sessions and meetings to stay up to date.

Role requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer contact
• You enjoy working with sales targets
• You enjoy helping and advising customers
• You take pleasure in building strong relationships with staff and sales partners
• You have strong communication skills and speak fluent Dutch
• You have basic knowledge of English (understanding and speaking at A2/B1 level)
• You possess a Category B driver's license
• You are available at least two Saturdays per month. Preference is given to every Saturday
• You have a professional appearance and radiate confidence
• You can work independently, but are also a true team player
• You always act honestly and with respect for the people around you
