• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.63 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

As Civil Site Manager within Dura Vermeer Infra Regio Noord Oost, you will have a versatile role as a Civil Site Manager in which you are active both from one of our offices and on the construction site (such as Groningen). You are the connecting link between preparation and execution, between design and realization. Whether it is managing the construction of a bridge, coordinating works on a quay, or realizing energy infrastructure in an industrial environment, you make sure it happens.

From our regional office or project location, you will work closely with work preparers, project managers, and engineers. On-site, you are the face of Dura Vermeer: you lead your team, monitor progress, and ensure that safety and quality always come first. You switch effortlessly between planning meetings and managing skilled tradespeople outdoors. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what drives you.
