• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Global Account Management, Commercial Leadership, Business Development or Strategic Sales within logistics, supply chain or Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years leading customer-facing commercial teams, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing account managers.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing strategy, profitability management, pipeline development and business case development.
• Experience in global matrix organisations and collaboration across commercial, operational and functional teams.

Lead an international account team and build strategic partnerships with leading Technology customers. Combine people leadership with direct customer ownership to drive profitable growth and innovative supply chain solutions.

As Senior Director Global Accounts Technology, you lead Regional Key Account Managers while directly managing a select portfolio of DSV's most strategic Technology customers. You report to the Vice President Global Key Accounts within Group Commercial. Your scope is regional within a global account structure.

You translate customer challenges and industry trends into commercial opportunities, strengthen executive relationships and develop a high-performing team. How you do this? You achieve this by:

• Leading, coaching and developing Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs). You set clear performance expectations and development plans, recruit and mentor talent, support succession planning and capability building, and promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and commercial best practices. You drive accountability for commercial performance, customer satisfaction, CRM discipline and execution excellence.
• Personally managing one to two strategic global Technology customer accounts as the senior commercial lead within your assigned region. You develop regional account strategies aligned with global customer objectives and Technology priorities, and build executive relationships across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering and Commercial. You lead executive business reviews, planning sessions, governance meetings and long-term growth initiatives, and support complex negotiations, renewals and strategic partnerships.
• Driving profitable revenue growth through retention, account expansion and cross-selling. You identify opportunities through customer supply chain strategies, investment priorities and growth plans, and partner with Solution Design, Engineering and Business Development on innovative logistics solutions. You coach RKAMs on opportunity management, strategic selling and negotiations, and monitor pipeline health, forecasts and commercial KPIs.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of consumer electronics, semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications equipment, data centres and high-tech manufacturing. You follow AI infrastructure growth, semiconductor investments, digital transformation, supply chain resilience, sustainability and geopolitical developments. You turn market intelligence into actionable strategies and customer value propositions, align with Global Technology Vertical leadership and represent DSV at executive meetings, industry conferences and strategic forums.
• Collaborating with Global Account Senior Directors, Regional Commercial teams, Operations, Solution Design and Customer Operations Management to deliver integrated solutions. You align regional execution with global commitments across business units and transport modes, coordinate customer implementations and operational and continuous improvements, and resolve complex challenges across regions and functions.
• Championing DSV's Global Account Management methodology, governance and commercial excellence practices. You drive CRM discipline, account planning quality, opportunity management and forecast accuracy. You use analytics, dashboards and customer insights to improve performance and identify growth, and share customer and market intelligence with Commercial Excellence and Vertical leadership.

Working with Global Account Senior Directors, commercial and operational teams and the Global Technology Vertical team, you deliver customer retention, profitable growth and consistent execution of DSV's global value proposition.
