For this client, you will work in a largely automated operation, where technology and data support your team in an efficient flow of goods. Thanks to advanced systems, you can focus entirely on management, optimization, and achieving performance: you contribute to it.

How do you do this? You are the crucial link between our warehouse supervisor and the team on the floor. Thanks to your sharp insight and involvement, you know exactly what is happening and where the bottlenecks lie. You ensure that the right employees are deployable at the right time and in the right place, so that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. You continuously monitor the workflow and intervene proactively when necessary to prevent disruptions. With your helicopter view, you keep a sharp eye on the big picture of your department, so that everything not only proceeds according to plan but also constantly improves and optimizes. In this way, you ensure that the operation continues to run smoothly day in and day out. You achieve this by:

• distributing daily tasks and acting as a point of contact for your team;
• timely identifying and solving problems in the workflow;
• contributing to projects to continuously improve our logistics processes and working methods;
• monitoring KPIs and adjusting where necessary.
