Amsterdam - From rapid AI prototypes to live radio productions with a massive reach: as an Audio Innovation Engineer, you bring the latest audio technology to the studios of Qmusic and JOE. In our new Mediavaert office, you will get all the space to experiment with Node.js, Go, and AI integrations for millions of listeners. Ready to leave your mark on the media landscape?

What will you do?
As an Audio Innovation Engineer, you are the technical force within the innovation team of Qmusic and JOE. You translate innovative concepts and AI challenges surrounding audio and radio into concrete, working solutions. In doing so, you will first focus on the rapid development of Proof of Concepts, after which you will independently further develop successful applications into scalable and stable production systems for live platforms. With your work, you make it possible to test, realize, and implement new audio and AI applications faster. Without your expertise, innovative ideas remain stuck in the concept phase. You will do this by, among other things:

• Designing, programming, and testing prototypes to prove the feasibility of new audio and AI concepts

• Further developing prototypes into robust, scalable, and secure software for live environments

• Integrating AI models, ad-tech APIs, and linear audio streams within existing systems

• Proactively brainstorming with the Head of Innovations about technical feasibility, architectural choices, and new technologies

• Making technical choices independently and realizing high-quality software from concept to production
