Our top-tier Arbitration & Commercial Litigation practice is part of the Litigation & Investigations group of A&O Shearman and has a strong international focus.

We act in complex and strategically important national and international arbitrations, under various institutes, and in arbitration-related set-aside and enforcement proceedings. We also assist clients in challenging and often cross-border commercial disputes before the courts.

Our clients are often international and we work closely with other foreign offices in the A&O Shearman network.

The practice is in a growth phase and offers plenty of room for further development and profiling.

As a (senior) associate, you will be fully part of the team from day one. You will immediately receive a lot of responsibility regarding the file and will work closely with the partner and (junior) associates on the matter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• advising clients in national and international arbitrations and government proceedings;
• drafting procedural documents and legal analyses;
• preparing hearings;
• mentoring junior team members;
• contributing to the further development and profiling of the arbitration practice.
