As a Junior Account Manager, you ensure that logistical customer requests move quickly, correctly, and efficiently through our organization. You are the link between the customer, warehouse, customs, planning, and internal departments. Thanks to your accuracy and clear communication, the logistical process runs smoothly: from order to delivery.

• You manage your own customer portfolio and maintain daily contact with your customers.

• You process orders, monitor stocks, and handle the administrative processing within our WMS.

• You coordinate internally with, among others, the warehouse, customs, and invoicing so that goods are collected and delivered on time.

• You identify bottlenecks in the process and translate these into opportunities for improvement.

• You work together within a close-knit team of colleagues and contribute to a smooth operational process.

• You are a team player and love to roll up your sleeves.
